CallTransferAgent uses the internet to connect callers. Our clients each receive a dedicated cloud-based server, which we maintain, to manage the application. Users can log into the application from a variety of devices, as long as they have a good internet connection, speaker, and microphone. CallTransferAgent connects to your service provider (Twilio or Signalwire) to receive or make calls and routes those callers to your internet browser.

No. Your monthly subscription is your only cost to use our platform. You will incur charges per minute from your service providers, Twilio or Signalwire. We don’t want to compound those costs and complicate your monthly budgets with variable charges. Just remember to keep your Twilio and Signalwire accounts funded to avoid service interruption.

No. Although you can save money by paying for 6 or 12 months, CallTransferAgent is offered without a contract, month-to-month, cancel any time.

Yes. You can build custom Interactive Voice Response systems to gather or say information, transfer, or DNC callers. CallTransferAgent has a simple, built-in utility to create and manage multiple IVRs.

Possibly. Some computers and tablets have built-in microphones and speakers. If your device has a microphone and speaker, no additional hardware is required. If you are using a desktop PC, a microphone might not be present, so a USB headset would be needed to communicate. For the best performance, a headset is recommended.

Yes. Recording is enabled by default on CallTransferAgent. Call recording is a function of both Twilio or Signalwire, but controlled by CallTransferAgent. Enable or disable call recording any time.

Yes. CallTransferAgent can use either Twilio or Signalwire, but one of the two telecom
providers is needed. Your account also requires either a toll-free or local phone number from Twilio or Signalwire to receive and make calls.

No. CallTransferAgent is only compatible with these two service providers at this time. If there is another provider you wish to connect through, let us know.
